I got these clear ornament balls at the Goodwill store, but I got the large one at Dollar Tree.
These are the paint colors, dark wax and mod podge I used for my ornament projects.
I painted the ornament with two coats of white paint. Then mod podge this decoupage Santa to the ornament.
Next, I took this rope like mold to decorate the ornament.
I created a circle around Santa with the mold. The mold not shown here I decided to add garland mold at the top of the ornament.
After letting the mold dry for 24 hours, I painted the ornament and added the dark wax.
I added a green ribbon to hang the ornament.
Here is the finished product.
Not shown here. The next ornament is the large clear ball. I first added blue paint to the inside of the ornament even though I was also going to paint it blue on the outside. I took this large star mold but did not add clay to the top of the mold. I only went halfway up.
I made a hole in the middle of the star so that it could sit at the top of the ornament.
I added a mold design around the ornament as well and then let it completely dry for 24 hours.
Next, I painted the entire ornament. I let it completely dry then added mod podge, sprinkled some silver glitter. Added a silver ribbon for hanging.
Here is the finished product.
